A stay too short but perfect. Truly exceptional restaurant level with quality products and generous plates. We really enjoyed ourselves. On the reception side, great hosts, incredibly kind and caring. Beautiful people who take the time with their customers. Lots of lovely touches thank you to them for the surprises for our 39 years of marriage. The spa and the rooms perfect! Perfect breakfast too. Everything was there and always with fresh, homemade products. We'll definitely come back, if only to say hello and have a drink on the terrace. The place is filled with beautiful things, old objects, everything we love. A big thank you to them. A beautiful place
We spent a pleasant night in a very nice room with a large, ultra-comfortable bed. Ideal for taking a break during your vacation journeys. I recommend breakfast in the morning, ideal for getting off to a good start. Thanks to Frederic for his welcome and his kindness
Very warm welcome very pleasantly surprised by the high quality dishes and the quality of the dishes offered adapted to our desire of the moment a pleasant stay with value for money in line with the service offered we will happily return for a longer stay
To do absolutely. We spent a delicious evening (fashioned exchanges with the chef and his team). Fin and delicate would be my comment. Breakfast... too good.

I discovered this place by chance and one can say that I wasn't disappointed the welcome is hot the owners are simply adorable and do the utmost to make your stay the best possible if you want to relax in peace this place is ideal. I highly recommend. Thank you for everything and very soon.
Exceptional reception of the owners, while we arrived in an impromptu way, for our first stopover in this charming establishment, which proposes a creative, tasty, elaborate table, which would deserve a star at the michelin, if it would be worth stopping at this beautiful stage in Burgundy. absolutely impeccable, comfortable and perfect room on all levels! We will return with joy to find this beautiful atmosphere with the delicious flavors of france.

Very good restaurant with exceptional friendly chef and staff. We had braised veal with Japanese herbs which was excellent. Good cheese selection
We had intended to dine elsewhere, but found that restaurant booked, so on recommendation of our hotelier, we booked in here. Located in a spa hotel Le Relais de Montmartre is a stylish, modern facility with a beautifully decorated dining room. The food was absolutely up to it 's status as a Michelin starred establishment--modern, inventive, and beautifully served. The only downside came with the bill! There have been complaints here on TripAdvisor that when the chef was awarded his Michelin star prices soared. Well, that is true. The night before we dined at another, equally fine, Michelin starred restaurant in a neighboring village for literally half of what it cost us here. We did not find any significant difference between the two dinners in terms of quality, so suspect that Le Relais is really trying to capitalize on its Michelin rating. That is not to diminish the quality of the food and the dining experience which is top drawer. It is only to say that one can find equally fine dining at a fraction of the cost nearby. Be prepared to pay prices approaching Paris here!
We stayed here on a cold February stop over, The rooms are very comfortable but quite expensive starting at 150euros but this was made up for by the food which was was amazing the 4 four course seasonal meal starter, mains, cheese dessert included four extra small taster dishes and was 49euros . How can you make creamey mashed potatoe with cauliflour cream reduction taste so fantastic add truffle ! The dining room was full on a Wednesday night Well worth a detour.
It took me some time to track this down on Trip Advisor as I was looking for this as a hotel with a restaurant when, in truth, it 's the other way round. Now I 've found it, I can say that it is a delight in both guises. We booked on the recommendation of Alastair Sawday in his book Special Places to Stay and it was very special. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and the room, an upgrade, was modern and beautifully presented. My wife is a coeliac who must eat a gluten free diet and whilst the menu was not too helpful in that regard, an enquiry via the reception staff resulted in the chef/proprietor, Fredric Carrion, emerging from the kitchen and having established my wife 's food preferences, he conjured up a meal for her that was a complete surprise and utterly delicious. This special service continued in the morning when meats, cheeses and yoghurts were available for her rather than the ubiquitous (and, for her, inappropriate) breads and pastries found throughout France. This was a real treat and whilst the restaurant is pricey (the rooms are most definitely not expensive), it was worth every penny. I can recommend this unreservedly.
