We sat down to an empty table but there were the dirty... read more I attended this coffee house on a Sunday afternoon with my best friend. We just wanted to drink 2 coffee. We sat down to an empty table but there were the dirty cups and plates from the other guests who sat there before us. We waited patiently more than 10 minutes and after that we decided to order. In the meantime noone came for the dirty plates and cups but this wasnt the problem. The problem was with the waitress she was so rude. I just wanted to order and began nicely with excuse me madam. I couldnt finish because the waitress didnt waited for my whole sentece she cut in rude style and shouted at me dont you see there is full house? Wait patiently like the other guests and for your turn. She spoke with me like I am not a human being. I have been never threated like this before as a human even as a guest. Thats so unprofesional threating a guest like this way. I would understood if she would said all of this whole nicely and explain me but she didnt do that. As a guest and as a human being I am not allow to anyone threat me like this. This is UNACCEPTABLE! After that we decided to leave and attended an other coffee house and we would regret this at the other coffee house was everything fine.

We visited there twice last year and twice this year again. It was always full as people are indulging themselves in Christmas season. Staff helped my 84 year old mom in law to get a nice seat. There were so many nice cakes and cookies. I recommend Rum Bomber and strawberry yogurt cake. They also have excellent poppy seeds with apple cake.
