Fabulous new French cuisine; charming staff and ambience; lunch menu is not to be missed.
My bf's dad lives nearby in Eygalieres, so while planning for our trip, I asked him, "where's your FAVORITE restaurant in the south of France?" and he said
Twelve of us ate here to celebrate a birthday. The food was outstanding and the service excellent. The table was set outside in the grange giving a fantastic atmosphere. The owners were helpful and went to the trouble of providing a special firework candle to the birthday lady.We highly recommend Table de Mas.
This was our first visit to this wine producing region, and we had a little b&b nearby. We work on the principle to try not to eat where you stay so came to trip advisor and found la table du mas. What can I say, first night was outstanding with some of the best food we've come across including some of the best foie gras poele we've had, along with a fantastically creative strawberry dessert. We came back the very next night for the menu confiance as we then knew that Benoit knows his stuff. We have just got back to our hotel, and I have to say this was one of the culinary highlights of 11 years of living in France. The pre mise en bouche was amazing, the langostines were out of this world, and his take on sticky toffee pudding is to die for.If you are in the area, don't hesitate, come and enjoy an extremely pleasant evening of culinary delights in a wonderful and friendly atmosphere.
