We went through the drive thru, and the employee who took our order was SO GRUMPY, it was really funny. When I asked questions, she cleared out answers. We moved to get our food and we saw their SMS on their phone. She was mixed when she handed out our soft drinks, which actually got a sheen of a smile from her. The saving grace was that all 4 of our orders were right! View all feedback.
What Rich Dupaquier doesn't like about Arby's:
I had an unpleasant experience at this place. The wait time was excessive, despite a minimal crowd. The customer service was lacking as I had to remind them thrice to take my order. Even when they finally did, the cashier charged me $13 for the 2 for $7 Classic Beef Cheddar, insisting I ordered something else. Save yourself the frustration and consider other options. ? Big burger and the associates were different professional and courteous
Zero Stars! Avoid this location at all cost. Extremely poor service and zero customer satisfaction. The manager ReNetta Moore is very rude and apparently won't refund your money after taking 2 sips of what was supposed to be a Jamoca Shake. We told her that there was no jamoca flavor and that is was just vanilla. She argued that the machine mixes it, so we mentioned the maching may be broken then... Long story short we settled for a Andes mint chocolate chip shake and that wasn't right either, there weren't any Andes mints in it. I grabbed a copy of the receipt and submitted a complaint.
Don't go to this Arby's thier drinks are out of suryp when you tell them instead of handleling it they tell you they have 3 drinks which are out as well and they are rude I ordered 3 combos and they cramed it into one bag which tore in the parking lot the customer service is unbearable I will not be returning to Arby's till they can get these issues fixed so my Tuesday night trips to Vinton from Sulphur after work will only be to go to loves truck stop
I walked in, tried to order, I left.I'm fond of the potato cakes and Arby's is phasing them out. So I phased out my patronage and will no long shop at any Arby's.
Love the food fast service. Great quality. Good management
