Pop machine was down, no one making shakes, people were getting orders but nothing else. Finally, one of the staff stepped up and started making the shakes.

Our supper order was incomplete and a young lady that I spoke to about the problem, workers are dirty and unprofessional, I won't be spending my money at vinita braums again.

Never had a chance to order, many people working but no one working the front counter. We left. Poor service, poor employee attitudes.

This was a nice stop along the way to OK today. You can park across the street with your semi.
