So, the next day, I went... read more During my previous visit to the Buford location, I ordered the Santa Fe chicken wrap with curly fries, and I really enjoyed the fries! So, the next day, I went to what I believed was my local Great Wraps at Cumberland Mall to get the same order, but to my dismay, they no longer had curly fries or the variety of seasoned salts I loved. All they offered was some generic seasoning salt. An employee apologized and mentioned that they didn’t carry the Cajun seasoning. The truth is, I wasn't looking for Cajun; I wanted a selection of seasoned salts! It turns out the Cumberland Mall location has transitioned to Gyro Wraps, which has taken over from Great Wraps. So, be cautious and make sure you're at the right place!

I swear the meat tasted like old can meat that had bee... read more The Cumberland Mall is very nice. I ordered the Original Gyro and my Husband ordered the Spicy Gyro meal. I swear the meat tasted like old can meat that had been frozen then put on the grill 2 weeks ago then pulled out of dirty Tupperware andmicrowaved. The French Fries were sad because they were slumping over inside of the box. My Husband said the soda was prettygood. Never will we go there again.

The young male light skinned worker with curly hair behind the counter is extremely ignorant and rude. Poor customer service. Stop joking around and take care of your customers.

I ordered the Original Gyro sandwich without any sides, and it was quite disappointing. The meat was pre-cut, dry, and cold, and overall, the sandwich lacked flavor. It was not satisfying at all. I understand it's a mall food court, but if your name is Gyro Wraps, you should be able to serve a decent gyro wrap. This experience was a complete letdown. The only positive was that the staff were friendly. When I pay to eat out, I expect good quality food—even at a mall food court. This place failed to deliver.
