Omaha Steaks - Vineyards

This is mainly a review for the store service. The food is good but Josh was very professional and patient. Even though I initially misunderstood him, he was patient with explaining the store deals. Thank you again to Josh.

We started ordering online from Omaha Steaks during the pandemic and then were happy to discover that the company had a retail store in Naples. We found it easier to order from the store and pick-up ourselves rather than worrying about FedX delivering frozen food on a timely basis. We have always been very satisfied with both the product and the kind people at the store. Today took the experience to a new level…. We were picking up our order and asked the manager, Josh, if the company had changed its pork loin product because our last box was different from what we have ordered previously. He checked on the computer and found that we had ordered pork chops instead of pork loin. Clearly this was our mistake. He nevertheless insisted on giving us a FREE box of pork loin because he felt that our question implied that we were dissatisfied with the prior order. We left feeling very grateful and valued as a customer.

This is the first time ever, I’ve ordered steaks from Omaha Steaks. that experience was incredible and the taste of the meat is truly amazing. You now have a customer for life!

Poor quality, poor business practices. Putting Mom and Pops out of business. You ought to be ashamed. Theres PLENTY business for all to prosper. Poor/miss zdx represented quality. I wont be ordering from Omaha again.
