Typically, I have had a very good experience at this location and even as I write this review, the drink service was 5 stars. Why I put a 1 star here was the sketchy attempt at adding a tip to my drive-through order without telling me. I was just trying to make it easier was the response, even though I hadn 't chosen a tip yet. Easier? As a customer, I get to choose my tip and instead of providing one, I give this 1 star and warning before signing your payment away: Check your total because I think folks are giving tips without knowing it.
I was on a road trip to Utah, and my family and I came across Swig. We had never tried it before, but I have heard about it. I always thought that mixing all of the concoctions together would be gross, and it was surprisingly good! I got the Life's a Peach drink, which I highly recommend. Next time I'm in Utah, I will definitely be coming back to try something new!
Vineyard Swig stands out as our top choice. The staff there, especially the girls, pay meticulous attention to detail, even cleaning any excess soda from the cup 's side. It 's my go-to spot for a delightful mixed soda drink. My son is a fan of the Shark Attack , my daughter adores the Unlucky Ducky , while my wife 's preferred choice is the Mango Refresher . As for me, the Texas Tab never disappoints.
1 star due to management. The workers are standing outside taking orders during the snow storm tonight. It is freezing snow is literally blowing in their faces. I go to this swig several times a week wish workers would be treated better. A speaker forordering is an option. Ordering at the window is another option. I won?t support a company that puts employees last.
I?m usually not one to leave reviews but I am blown away by the service I just had. The drinks were great but the staff was horrible. I came about 10 minutes before they closed and the girl at the window was not friendly at all. As soon as she took myorder she turned to her coworkers and said ?can someone hurry up and make these drinks so we can go home?. Hearing her say thatout loud in front of me made me feel like I was a burden to them by being there. It left such a bad impression.
