Stopped into Michelle?s for lunch after a long day of walking around Vineland. My friends and I placed a few orders of the Jerk Chicken (Spicy and Mild) w/ Rice and Mac Cheese. Absolutely delicious. The portions were HUGE, and the chicken came right offthe bone. Each meal had vast flavor, and the Spicy Jerk was no joke. If you want heat, you?re going to get it. The restaurantwas clean and orderly, Michelle was kind and patient, and like I said, the food was amazing. Worth every cent! I will definitelybe coming back to try the rest of her menu. Thank you so much!!!
I was in town wanting some good old Taste of the Island on Landis, come to find out they have closed or relocated. So my brother suggested Michells kitchen, he told me the food was good l. I want some jerk pork , but their options were limited. The guy wasvery inpatient rude. We bought four platters and they were not that good. The cabbage could of been better and the jerkchicken, all I can say is who can't make chicken! Maybe if the man severing would of been more friendly the food might of tastedbetter. For this I give 1 star... Do better with the people you hire in you establishment. This was 10/16/22 about 1pm. Teachthis guy please!!!!
Upon entering the restaurant, we received no greeting or acknowledgment. The customer service was lacking, as the staff member was preoccupied on the phone while serving our food. Unfortunately, the meal we received was disappointing, as it was both unappetizing and seemed stale.
Food ok? Customer service terrible. Not sure why some Jamaicans come off like RUDE. You walk into a establishment you wanna feel welcome! Even if you having a bad day, still smile greet your customers. Your customers are you bread makers. Remember that! You make a customer feel welcomed more than likely he/she will come back. Bad attitude =One in done?
Mac and cheese plate is advertised as $15 for some reason was charged an extra $2.50 for Mac and cheese... on a Mac and cheese platter? And the Mac and cheese was microwaved and wasn?t too great to have paid so much. However the jerk chicken was a little cold but still amazing, as well as the yams. Food is great just don?t get the Mac and cheese.
