At KFC, customer experiences are decidedly mixed, ranging from dissatisfaction to unexpected kindness. While frustrations arose over inadequate customer service, such as unhelpful staff and disappointing meal quality—like running out of sides and mistaken orders—there were also bright spots. One employee's generous gesture in covering a shortfall for a customer showcased the potential for compassion amidst the challenges. However, feedback highlights concerns over pricing, portion sizes, and cleanliness at the location, suggesting that while some patrons may leave grumbling, others might find moments of generosity that brighten their day.

I contacted KFC for help, hoping they might offer a small discount since my food was ruined. Unfortunately, the staff member was completely unhelpful. I was told that because the issue didn’t happen on their premises, they couldn’t replace my meal. Instead, I was advised to bring my own bags next time if I thought their paper bags were inadequate. She even suggested that the spill might not have occurred if I had carried the bag with both hands. I checked the bag’s label, and it doesn’t say it must be held with both hands. It would be more reasonable for the restaurant to package orders in boxes, especially since they implied I carried it wrong. To make matters worse, the employee claimed I was the only customer to ever experience a ripped bag, which I find hard to believe. As a result, my family was left without dinner, and I lost $52. Thanks, KFC, but I won’t be coming back!

I visited this KFC recently and was served by Krystal. She was rude to me because I couldn't decide what to order. After placing my order, I was shorted two pieces of chicken and a container of mashed potatoes. When I returned to get the correct items, Krystal had a bad attitude and insisted she’s been working there for over six years and knows her job. Honestly, this is the dirtiest and most unpleasant location I've been to.

Spending over $32.00 for a 12-piece family meal at KFC is just too much. Not only is the price high, but the chicken pieces are so small they could be mistaken for pigeons! I’ll be skipping this spot. With prices like these and the quality lacking, it’s no surprise KFC locations are shutting down all over. The menu doesn't offer good value anymore.

I've visited Kentucky for two consecutive days. On Thursday at 4:20 PM, they were out of chicken thighs. I returned around the same time today, which is Friday, and they didn't have any cash or change available. Additionally, they couldn't sell me an eight-piece meal due to insufficient dark meat, and I had to wait 12 minutes for the biscuits to be ready.

The meal had the potential to be decent, but it was disappointing to see that the restaurant ran out of all side dishes except coleslaw and green beans, especially with over an hour left before closing time. They should either prepare more or use leftovers that would otherwise be discarded at the end of the night. The biscuit also needed some butter. I ordered a two-piece extra crispy meal, but I ended up with one extra crispy drumstick and one original thigh. At $6, the price was reasonable, but if I had paid more—especially given that the cheapest family meal costs nearly $30—I would have considered returning it. Additionally, I didn’t understand why I was given KFC sauce or ranch dressing when I really wanted butter instead.
