I always give my honest opinion everywhere I go, so I'm going to start by saying that I been living in Vineland 4 yrs now and pass this restaurant EVERY DAY to work and decided to stop today and try it. Walking in the place was empty, but I'm guessing it is packed on weekends because the atmosphere in there looked fun. I ordered to go to a chicken quesadilla steak red enchiladas. My son liked the quesadilla, and I ha... View all feedback.
What e doesn't like about El Nopal Y Taqueria:
delivery took forever..Over an hour and over 20 mins past the “latest” delivery time…the tacos had good flavor, but everything was cold by the time it got to us and the restaurant won’t give us any discount or money back. The meat in the burritos was also extremely tough sparse.Sadly, will not be ordering from here again. Asked for tacos dorados and got some nasty chicken tacos on a hard shell I hate wasting my money on something that just goes to the trash was already closed so couldn’t go back how is that tacos dorados I thought that was a Mexican restaurant not Taco Bell please google tacos dorados de pollo Mexicanos and learn what they are instead of trying to get smart with a customer who’s paying for that trash
I enjoy eating here! The food is authentic and Delicious! The best in town!
I have an Uncle 84 yrs old who is very sick right now with bone cancer. He lives on Sharp St right behind this place. Lived there 52 yrs. The music blasting is upsetting him its way too loud it's unnecessary. He deserves to live out his remaining weeks in peace! My cousin, his daughter is very involved with the city. Big time. She is going to report it with audio recorded from the property. Be considerate of others. Play your music inside or lower the volume. I was visiting him today.. we hearsmd loud and clear inside his home. Be respectful.
Don 't come here unless you like being neglected by the server/owner in favor of customers who come in after you, paying for basic givens at restaurants like water and chips, and being berated for choosing to eat appetizers as a meal even though everyone of our party bought multiple appetizers (which alone added up to an entree per person). Nobody should bring their hard earned money to restaurants who treat their patrons with such a lack of generosity and stinginess.Edit: You say the waitress but it was YOU, the owner, who debated with us over the cost of things and nickel and dimed us over containers and water bottles. You had ample opportunity to communicate what was to be paid for whether it be directly to us (both my mother in law and grandmother speak fluent Spanish so there was no language barrier), or on your menu with a note that water is only bottled due to your water being unfit for consumption, which as a consumer causes concern. Most people order water at a restaurant and don 't expect to pay, so if you were trying to look out for our health you should have communicated we have to pay for water. Either way you have no defense for not communicating that chips only come with meals even though we ordered more than enough to deserve some chips on our table and certainly not the attitude. Don 't worry about seeing us here again, or any family or friends who we would have recommended coming here like we would have had we had been treated with respect.
