Need more donut variety. They only had 3 varieties
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent; the staff is consistently courteous, even during the busy morning hours.
I consistently experienced slow service at this restaurant, and when I asked about the delay, the server was quite rude. He wouldn't provide me with a receipt and even tossed it at me when I insisted on getting it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I don't have the time to address this with the manager. I hope this review encourages management to take action.
The filters should be cleaned more frequently than just once a year.
Purchased large hot coffee. Should have cost $2.65. I get this daily. Got the hot coffee but got charged for iced coffee that cost $3.61. Tried calling them but number is disconnected.
