Dunkin' - Vineland
Dunkin'
Description
Dunkin' Donuts' Chestnut location emerges as a standout, garnering praise for its consistently fresh offerings and efficient drive-thru service. Many patrons highlight the friendly staff, who provide attentive and courteous service, especially welcoming families with young children. However, contrasting experiences at other locations reveal concerns over food quality and poor customer interactions, including errors in orders and unsanitary practices from staff members. This volatility in service quality underscores the importance of good customer relations, with many expressing their appreciation for simple gestures such as polite greetings and gratitude. Overall, Chestnut Dunkin' exemplifies the positive experience many seek.

Feedback
The food was undercooked, and although I ordered a caramel iced coffee, I was given a regular one instead. Since I was the only customer in the restaurant, I don't understand how my order could be incorrect. This is the second time this has happened, and I'm really frustrated! Their service is quite disappointing.
I truly enjoy my visits to Dunkin'. However, I avoid the Dunkin' on Delsea Drive near Sherman Avenue. I've noticed that the staff there often hands out cups of hot coffee without securely fastening the lids, and when spills occur, they tend to blame the customers. On the other hand, the employees at the Chestnut Dunkin' are always friendly and provide excellent service. The food and drinks are consistently made to perfection. I genuinely appreciate their efforts and make it a point to express my thanks! Good customer service—like a simple hello, thank you, and you're welcome—still holds a lot of value for many of us.
Of all the Dunkin' Donuts locations in my county, this one is by far the best. The food is always fresh, and the drive-thru service is quick and consistently gets my orders right.
I've had a very frustrating experience during my last two visits to this restaurant, and I'm resolved not to return. If you're going to make customers ask for straws with their drinks, at least allow us a moment to make the request before closing the window in our faces. It's hard to believe that we can't even manage to say, "Can I have a straw, please?" before being interrupted. I'm genuinely disappointed!
