The wait staff at the restaurant was very helpful in explaining what dishes I could and couldn't eat each time they brought a plate to the table. They were accommodating when there was no alternative on the fixed menu, and happily substituted other options. Instead of the listed appetizers, I was served a delicious butternut squash soup, and for dessert, a refreshing sorbet.
The restaurant does not label gluten-free dishes on the menu, but the staff were very well-informed about celiac disease. I was assured I could choose any dish and they would make necessary substitutions with my approval. I opted for the 5-course tasting menu and the chef created a special substitute for the pasta dish while maintaining the same flavors and wine pairing. Although the restaurant is expensive, the food was outstanding and I was able to dine without any worries.
