Ponderosa Steakhouse - Vincennes

They were busy with customers. However, all servers have ensured that customers take care of it. Our server should have a baby at any time. But she was busy. At once she disappeared and the managers and other servers made it a point to stop at the tables of this girl to make sure they were satisfied. Let's know what happened to her. That her water was broken. The manager told us she would make sure that her tips get to her. We've been to this restaurant before. But this time was extraordinary. We will return. The food was fresh and hot.

Usually I find the food quite fresh and not overcooked. However, today's visit was not the usual experience. The articles on the salad bar seemed like leftovers from the day before. Nothing appeared fresh or well turned. This was also the case with several of the ducks and supplements. The chicken was on the dry side today. This is not generally the case in this place.

The food was a good variety. We ate the buffet. Good desserts. Waitress slowly picking up dirty plates. But the Ponderosa was very busy.

Great buffet experience. 2pm and fully stocked. Great fried chicken and fish. Steak was okay but just the buffet would have been enough.

Great service, great food! One of the last Ponderosa steak houses. When I come to Southern Indiana to visit the holiday world, ALWAYS will stop at this place!!!
