We were visiting friends that live in a nearby town, and we explored Google Maps for a place to have dinner. What we found was a warm atmosphere (Wood everywhere! Love it! , and a food and beer selection that reflect the utmost care of the owners, who are very nice, down-to-earth and friendly people. They are also into historical reenactments, and the food is a curated selection of historically-inspired ingredients. The beers on tap rotate frequently to keep them fresh, and there's a whole wall of craft beers and cider to choose from. You won't find cheap stuff, but it's all really worth it! We want to go back to try their cheese and cold cuts, they say they hand-pick them from interesting places around the region. Ah, and they have a neat promotion where if you connect to their wi-fi and give them your email, you get a gadget. Overall, a fun experience.
