Surreal experience, endless queue at the totem because the cash register was closed randomly, without disks, several customers had to re-order with an obvious waste of time. Staff who responded rudely to customers in general, we had to order from the app. Piadina hard and a little burnt, taken with the roll which costs more and promises a superior filling, which in reality was not included.
