The food, location, and atmosphere are all fantastic.

We waited for 30 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant without any service. We had to request menus multiple times, but still received no attention. Instead, the staff found time to clean the table next to us, which had just been vacated. It seemed as though they had no interest in serving their customers.
