Mcdonald's - Vilnius

???? some worker came to me and asked if i was sure i wanted my wrap without vegetables and asked like 3 times. Then she smiled and went back and the other workers started looking at me. There was no paper in the bathroom. Not for hands neither toilet. Half of the machines to order didn't work. Alyona and a tall redhead woman with a fringe were very nice.

Rats... While we were waiting for our food at the table outside, i spotted 3 big rats in the bushes, in the middle of outside dining area. It was not very appetizering eating while rats scurry all around... One even got really close while looking for food. Also for the second time we were here, the staff wouldn't bring the food to our table. Apparently they would not see the number on the table, which was clearly visible. So after way too much waiting we would go look for the food, it would already be kinda cold and the staff didn't even say sorry. I mean if you're understaffed at the moments, maybe consider stoppong table services temporarily, so instead of waiting at the table we would just pick up our food ourselves, while it's still hot.. Oh also, a lot of bird poop on the tables.

It was a beautiful place and food tasted nice, I love the garden outside, a kid friendly environment too

The toilet with the blue light was disgusting. It was smelling very bad and it was too small to make any move. The rest (food, employees) same as in every other McDonald's in the world. A lot of people inside.

Station district McDonald's always attracts very versatile (if you know what I mean) clientele, despite the city it is located in. Despite the fact I liked this restaurant, because it has so cozy and intimate outside tables area, surrounded by greenery.
