from september 2022 there are no vegan options as the hot vegan salad’ is served with a honey-mustard dressing. The location of this salad bar is quite good and because it's not in the actual old town the customers are mostly business men, not tourists. The staff are ex-drug addicts so there's some nice goodwill. They serve meat, but there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. We visited here once during our stay. Loved the breakfast, specially the benedict eggs with salmon. Excellent service and nice space for kids.
Unfortunately it was not that's tasty as earlier. The buckwheat were not fresh cooked, but warmed and rice as well.
Amazing service, friendly and accommodating waiting staff. Affordable and tasty. Would recommend visiting!
Amazing restaurant. Low pricing for great quality. If you look for a vegetarian restaurant in Vilnius this is the right place.

Mainly salat based eating with a few vegan options. vegetarian options clearly marked. good price.
