Gasthaus Ott - Villingen-Schwenningen

Ok, the food in the brewhouse Villingen back of the church city center is good and offers a good price/performance ratio. If you come for lunch and want to eat something. Since our last 3 ! visits to the brewhouse after a long waiting period were ended by approx. 16:30h no more beef steak in the steakhouse, we went on to the inn again. The Inn Ott is likely to be one of the most popular everyday pubs/restaurants as it always has open and offers a reliable kitchen at any time. The salads and pasta dishes are well known to us, at the moment we were more interested in a good cattle steak. During the last visit we ordered the Rumpsteak with croquettes and vegetables €25.90, for this you get a 200g steak weight in front of the frying and is probably a bit shrunk here, a whole 8 croquettes as well as three empty ebs sleeves and four slices of almost raw potatoes. *Hump*. At the price we would have liked a little *less* Swabian Knauserigkeit a main dish for two with a water and a pils for almost 60€, for that the food is good quality if you look off the faux pass of potatoes this time

The classic in the Villinger Farbrgasse. Spacious yet cozy, good food and friendly dining. In summer with street seating. Especially the high-quality food is not supposed to be used until you have eaten fish, salmon, noodles, rumpsteak or cream-sweet once there. The flame cakes are somewhat expensive in proportion, for the same money you get an excellent salad plate, which can already be called a salad plate. Also recommended as a group, the rear vault/winter garden part is a bit off (and therefore quieter), but also offers space for groups around the 50 people.

Es stand nur in der Speisekarte, dass es Mozarellasticks mit einer Dip nach Wahl gibt. Es gab noch dazu Kartoffelecken.Das Essen war gut, aber der Preis stimmt nicht, da alles aus dem Tiefkühler kam.Schade

Das Essen war lecker, das Ambiente urig und die Bedienung aufmerksam. Wäre da nicht die befremdende Verabschiedung durch die männliche Bedienung nach 400 EUR Umsatz gewesen. Da ihm das (ohne Frage sehr dürftige, das war aber keine Absicht und der Einladende hatte den Laden auch schon verlassen) Trinkgeld nicht gepasst hat, hat er es uns mit ein paar unfreundlichen Worten durch die Tür hinterher geworfen und die Türe zugeknallt. Das war dann nicht so fein und somit wohl auch das letzte Mal, dass unser Gastgeber Gäste in dieses Restaurant einlädt.

Abendessen mit Lachssteak, Kartoffeln und Gemüse. Absolut top. auch der Service war super freundlich. Gerne wieder
