We randomly choose this exit from the carbahn to the home and north. after a short walk through the village we picked up this brasserie for lunch. there is a beautiful small terrace at the back of the head where we had something to eat in the sun. expect...the Fench version of “fast food” when ordering here. nothing beautiful but decent and it fills you. and service is extremely fast. the menu is written on a board on the wall, only in French. the price for a plate is €10, for a entrecôte you pay €3 extra if you go for a combination of starter and/or dessert, you pay something like €15 max. good value for money.
The tasty roulette with the cornichons was a quick starter. I then had a blacksteak tender and juicy. chocolatefond was fab and everything for 10 euro per head. my family loved it. it is also an autobahn stop. arrival in good time, as this place is well protected and filled by natives.
We sat outside this big bistro. all menus were on chalkboards. extremely cheap and food size portion. invisible clean inside. there is also an outer seat area to the rear. a good way to honfleur.

Stopped in Villers - Bocage as part of our Normandy tour. Great food, service and price. Far cheaper than where we were staying ay Quai Port en Bessin. Recommended.
