The restaurant is no longer attached to La Parentèle but: CAFFE COSI.The restaurant enjoys a good reputation with the Caironi family, we are former customers, but we had a little neglected this restaurant... We found all the quality of the chef's kitchen with his famous ravioli, and for me his veal head. With 1 suggestion card, 1 suggestion flat, and 1 formula at 32.00 € the addition without the wines is: 61.00 €... With the quality of the served dishes is one of the best value for money in the region. The card is no longer as important as before, but it is explained by the fresh products worked. That day there were only 4 or 5 tables, so little room, but we're not going to complain either. An effective service by the lady in the room, and a waiting time in relation to the dishes ordered: the ravioli, the cannette and the calf head. Too bad the restaurant is not in Troyes.
