Auberge Bastide Neuve - Villelaure

I've known this place since I was a kid. Some recipes are not changed (and on the one hand so much better). This is the only restaurant where you can eat snails with hot sauce for example. However, I find that with the years the restaurant has a little rest on its laurels and past. Ends the animals outside (there are only a few goats, donkey and duck). We prefer to expose tractors and install solar panels ... prices have evolved well of course but accompaniment remains the same ... pasta of rice and dauphinois gratin in very small quantity. Obligated to ask for other dishes because at 8 we couldn’t serve. The service is correct, however, electricity cuts come to disrupt the meal and not a single word of excuse from waitresses... We will return because we like this establishment but for us it has lost its charm. It’s a shame Ps: for the person who says that the kitchen is seasonal, it’s been 30 years since I went there and I’ve known the map since all this time because it’s not changed! - chicken liver delight - snails piquant sauce -andouillette -alouette sans tête -canard -veau Etc

I am celebrating 60 years of my beautiful warm mother, very correct price, convenient staff, excellent food. We had a great night I recommend
