I was told about this cafe which is situated on the front street in Birtley. Modern, elegant with a real pleasant feel. Greeted by a warm friendly member of staff who could not be more helpful. The owner and her employee are super rude people without any professional ethics. We were 4 and wanted order food and drink for two person, and a drink for one person. She impolitely asked another one what are you doing here if you dont order something. We cancelled our order and left. View all feedback.

Very unpleasant and unhindered waitress, exorbitant prices (4€80 for a soda, or almost 15€/L) and no cb at less than 15€. In short, don't let yourself have by frame and view! escape
For a good mood the coffee bears very bad name. Qualifying the waitress as unpleasant would be an euphemism. Total scam: the paninis sold only to carry, we are forced to take a drink more by indicating the slate where they appear at 2€. result on addition: drink billed 4€80 instead of 2, on the pretext that they were consumed on site! It's really shameful, the good coffee month is an address to run away, especially when you know that a snack at much more honest prices is 2 not after
The waitress scammed us by making us the sodas at 4€80 !! instead of 2€ posted on the slate. salads at least 15€. Very unpleasant waitress. I'm not recommending at all. to avoid.
Manager of the establishment not very professional or very kind. Too bad because the kitchen is good but the prices of dishes and drinks are expensive.
