Miracles were done as soon as we arrived. a table of eleven was improvised .... without reservation, while the terrace was already well filled. The meal was excellent, a card that gives a choice or everyone enjoyed its dish and all served by people with a kindness and an extraordinary dynamism. View all feedback.
We had a delicious lunch in a wonderful atmosphere with live music under dappled light. Friendly service, tasty menu du jour, of goats cheese salad, salmon and chive ravioli, and black current tart! The entrecôte with bearnaise was delicious as was the crew brûlée. Such a good spot, picturesque, atmospheric, and great value too, we shall be back!

Passing through on our way to the gorges du verdon, we had a picnic lunch ready but saw a couple of quaint provencal restaurants as we passed through the village of Villecroze and went for a quick look... well, that was the intention! 2 hours later we finished a fabulous little lunch! Highlights were a veal fillet in a deliciously light cream sauce which the waiter later took the time to tell us how it is cooked, and the most fabulous tarte tatin ever,, homemade expect nothing less! and full of flavour oozing caramel and apple flavours in every bite. I will make a detour to this cozy little restaurant for this alone! Menu at 20 euros also lunch formule and other menus a la carte too and local wine in a pichet all very reasonable.
A lot of charm to the lavenders. a very simple but well-designed menu, a well-crafted family kitchen, a lovely service, a simple wine with pichete, no fault of taste in the decor. on the terrace, it is the happiness in the car. the place is beautiful, the swallows swirl the sky at all speeds, the sky is an unforgettable night blue. a quiet evening with no pretension, in all simplicity, in the heart of the unfrested, authentic and peaceful var. I strongly advise him. you park very easily, and by going to the restaurant, you have the feeling of getting close to the Provence of the 1950s!
