What Randall C doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Will not be returning to this location. Made an online order and called in 5 mins later trying to add to my order and was told it would be an extra hour and a half to do so. Didn't have change upon picking my order up so I had to go elsewhere to get change before receiving my order. Poor management, and food was cold when i got it. View all feedback.
This Domino's usually delivers my order quickly and the food is always hot. The only time it arrived cold and late was once. Every other experience has been great!
The staff was not very helpful regarding the specials, and I struggled to get them to answer the phone.
My order was 45 minutes late, and I had requested three containers of Buffalo Hot Sauce, for which I was charged, but they never arrived. I called right away to ask them to send the driver back with the sauce, but no one ever returned with it.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the pizza was fantastic!
Ordered online. Called after an hour and rude woman told me driver was on the way. 45 min later half of my order showed up and driver argued with me about what I ordered.
