Santa Lucia - Ville-di-Pietrabugno

We ordered the exit from Santa Lucia after a long day of tour around the city center of Bastia and the surrounding area. I had a margarita pizza. It was a beautiful size, not suitable for sharing more than two people. The pizza had a great taste... and the crust had a nice scratch on it. The cheese used on the pizza was also high quality. A solid meal.

We came here at 6 pm (the opening hours were written from 5 pm). The waiter came on the terrace and whispered us a bit (we sat 15 meters away so we couldn't hear it). I apologised for not understading and we... though he would repeat what he said in French, but he just stood there half open with his mouth. We just stood up and went because it was pointless to talk to him because we couldn't get another word from him.

Really good local restaurant in pietranero. Both the pizza and the pasta we had were really delicious and there was a great selection of wine. Was a busy little place, but the excellent staff stayed on things and we were never waited. A little jewel.

Once seated, we waited as many customers who arrived after us placed their order, ate, had coffee and left. To coin a phrase it is hard to complain about the service, as there was none . We even speak French and were not difficult clients....Not a good experience for tourists.

Two evenings in a row we enjoyed the splendid food and service of Santa Lucia. As a recommandation of the Pietracap hotel this was really good advice. With a lot of people present the service was very friendly and the food just perfect !
