Do not order in delivery! I order a pizza 18€ and a chocolate mousse at 7,50€, I see when the delivery Uber arrives that there is only pizza he tells me that he can't do anything, that it's the restaurant that didn't give him. I contact the restaurant, they tell me that they actually forgot but that they can't do anything, to see with Uber, it's crazy because it's the forgotten one! I do the procedure with Uber but without certainty that the refund will be well made, I remind you ask the restaurant and ask these people that they contact Uber to confirm their forgetfulness and there they tell me that they can't call them, so you work with a platform that you can't reach in case of problem and that doesn't bother you! What a professionalism!
