Little Caesars Pizza - Villas

Walked in didn’t greeted! ! Waited at the front door for a long time! Until someone finally acknowledged my presence! Before this, Manager lady walked towards the front never picked her head up to notice any new customers! She never looked up at me, she completely ignored me! While I was waiting, I couldn’t help but notice that! NONE of the employees making food were wearing gloves! Absolutely gross!

Who had people waiting in the Drive-Thru and in the lobby and ignoring them like they're invisible or not there and acting like you guys are not open

The service has gone done Hill so bad. Guy with long hair is one of the worse customer service i seen. Argumentative. Ordered 3 puffs and crazy bread via app. App said it was in the oven at 734. At 8, I watched him drop the crazy bread in the over and pull old puffs. Then wanted to get mad when I said one of the old puffs were burnt. Seriously this guy needs to be fired

I was attended to by the friendliest woman whom happened to have green fingernail polish on. She made me feel like I mattered and that my order was important(even during a busy time)!!! Please promote her and give her 3$ raise !!

Honestly I did not have a good experience here. We came for two hot and ready pizzas and crazy bread. They said 5-7 mins for the pizza. After 25 mins, the pizza was ready but the crazy bread wasn’t. It seemed very chaotic and not enough staff. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the guy working there named Will was so kind. He was running circles out working the other staff. Even when I was kind of harsh about the wait time, he was very professional and apologetic. You can’t have one good employee doing everything. Five stars for Will, one star for this establishment.
