Nice place with a quiet and romantic atmosphere, located in Villaricca. We tried the 10 course tasting menu. Really good. It is an experience with international menu, it ranges from tartare and nigiri to dishes with guacamole and beans, to black cod, to close with a chocolate dessert. Despite the accepted yums (the fork you will spend 60/70 euros per person, including water, wine and service (12%! . In short, not for everyone but for those who want to try it is worth it.
I recommend it to tt fish lovers... quality and goodness of high quality... The owner Peppe humble and kind ...Ke sirvi try x believe
Nice place, furnished and arranged with taste and elegance and where raw materials are exceptional. To try
One of those rare places where you don't just eat, but have a true culinary experience. Truly top-notch in every way. Sophisticated and refined...in short, not to be missed; obviously, but rightly so, not for everyone's budget.
It's difficult for me to rate this time, so I'll try to describe the evening as best I can. I have very little experience with tasting menus because the budget, let's say, isn't within everyone's reach. This is the third time I've tried kaiseki cuisine, first in Milan and then in Miyajima, and I must say that this time it was a haute cuisine dinner, more than a traditional one. You can see the careful study of the dishes, the combination of flavors, and the passion of the people who work there. And this is what I'd like to focus on above all else. We went with a little one who just wouldn't calm down. They told us not to worry and that it was normal. However, we preferred to move to a smaller but more private room and we were alone. They didn't give us any problems. They gave us two sake samples, one junmai and the other with spectacular plums. Overall, it was a delicious and beautiful dinner, but above all, a warm welcome. We, who were feeling a bit uncomfortable with the little one's whining, were welcomed without any problems, which is a significant plus. I've never tasted Glacier 51 in my life, a sensational dish. Just one piece of advice, if I may. We had fish croquettes, the name of which I can't remember right now. The herb breading was too strong for the fish inside, and I couldn't really taste it. I feel like it's a place serving authentic Japanese cuisine, with a great deal of experience behind it that I think could easily compete with the much-coveted Michelin-starred restaurant. Thank you.
