We were spoiled for choice in Villandry for somewhere to eat. This restaurant suited us as we'd trekked from the parking space at the Mairie. It is situated on a road junction with several outside tables, where you can choose to be in the sun...or in the shade. After having visited the castle we had lunch in this restaurant, it was excellent and cheap, very good reception..I highly recommend it to you.
I find the opinions below very critical. we took a menu in euros that was more than correct with a dish and a dessert entry. the staff is warm and friendly. the property is located next to the castle. Thank you for your welcome.
