Service is the slowest I have ever encountered. At least acknowledge your customer at the drive through. let them know that the manager is incompetent and unable to figure out how to run the store. Don't leave the customer sitting for 20 min without saying anything. View all feedback.
Store hours are 5am to 7pm everyday. We pulled in at 4pm today watched them turn off the lights lock the door.

The coffee at Wellsville, New York Dunkin'. Donuts was the worst coffee I've had and I'm long time from Dunkin'. Donuthat was bad.
They knew exactly what I wanted when I asked for a Mary Sanderson. It tasted amazing and the crew was very friendly and knowledgeable.
