What Shay W doesn't like about Mark's Pizzeria:
I do enjoy Mark's pizza, however a bit disappointed with my last experience. Ordered for delivery, and verified first that I was in the delivery area. Ordered my food, was told 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour the guy delivering called, the girl who had taken my order gave the wrong address. It took and additional 45 minutes to recieve my food. Good pizza at a good price. We got two medium pizzas. One was a white sauce veggie and a NY style with sausage and pepperoni.
Been getting Mark's pizza for years. Consistent in quality. Workers pleasant. Place was clean.
Don't know what is going on but the last few times ordering pizza is not good ? even when I stop in and get a slice to go the pizza is dry all dough!!!! sauce and cheese and toppings are scarce no flavor at all, just spent 60$on 3 medium pizzas and fried ravioli and they were horrible over cooked and deflated not edible and the pizza was dry and tough sad but true and done with mark's on ridge in Webster.
Good sheet pizza and if I ever had an issue with the pizza they will take care of it they are good.
