Guido's Pizzeria

To be fair, our order lasted over two hours to reach us. That means we are out of town and understand the difficulties of the food industry. My review is based not only on the quality of the food alone (which was above expectations, the delivery time, but the customer service we received during the call (for the second time). The manager answered and when we said that we cancel our order, fully understood and offered to give us a meal for our next order. I thanked him and explained that we are out of town and are not ordered again from their establishment. The manager apologised again and mentioned that he was dealing with new drivers (this was the first time we talked to someone who not only assured us that it was "short". I laughed and asked if they were just going to my order, how fast they could get it here. They said 15-20 minutes and they delivered. Errors are made. The food industry is what it is and good help is hard to find. I appreciate this facility that does everything to correct unfortunate miscommunication.

When it comes to their buffalo wings, they need to use the heat lamps less to ensure that the chicken is fresh from the frit, so everything is beautiful and delicate.

Good food usually and respectful delivery people. However, they may sometimes appear lazy, like the order or mood in which they are, as they speak to you. They're good at complaints and respect for them.

I always order delivery and have never posted a review before. I have been eating guidos since I was little, many changes over the years, and some inconsistency from day to day depending on the cook etc. I however have always been a fan of the calzone with the ricotta goodness, my last two purchases have been very disappointing and not like I have been served before. I gave a second chance but to order out these days for us is a luxury and to be disappointed twice expecting what we are used to and didn't receive.

Slow to the start but once the order was placed and delivered to the table for all 12 of us, we were beyond impressed!!! Everything tasted great.
