Dunkin' - Village of Port Chester

We were perhaps the 1st 2 customers there at 5:55 am today.Terrible service no response to hello, GM, no smile, no answers to questions, a robot would have been friendlier.Had to ask for everything a lid, creamer, butter for the bagel, and zero customer service.I'm not a morning person either but jeez, if I'm getting paid to work at a place that opens at the crack of dawn, I'm going plaster a damn smile so that I can earn my living.

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a while now with my dog and obviously the workers there see my dog. My dog is a small dog. I came in today to order what I always get. They want to say next time do not bring your dog I said but y’all should’ve told me from the beginning and I’ve been bringing her and nobody said nothing. I understand. It’s a food place but I order what I get and I leave how come now they want to say something about the dog when I was ordering the lady obviously was looking very hard at my dog. She look like she already had an attitude. I won’t be coming back tho ?

I don’t like to do this but that probably help them to improve the service. Customer Service is really bad, several time being there place is dirty and don’t give you what you really ask for. Twice they give me incomplete order, and when I ask them for what is missing they do it with bad attitude, not good at all.

The coffee at this Dunkin has been a little weak a few times.

My sausage cheese bagel was kinda burnt I couldn't exchange it as I was on my way to work.
