Great food. Kind staff.This restaurant has slowly become my fiancés and I's go to spot! The food is always great and the staff are so kind! The birria dinner/ birria pizza are among our favorites! I wish I was able to give 5 ?, but as a Hispanic that grew up with old fashioned parents, I understand how our foods are supposed to be cooked. I ordered the birria and tripa tacos. The meat for the birria wasn't marinated in the consume, the tortillas weren't cooked with the consume, the consume itself was nice, I approached that they put cinnamon in it. The tacos.... Everything was fantastic.. We ordered bacon wrapped shrimp for appetizer.. They were excellent.. I ordered shrimp tacos and they were fantastic.. Our server was on top of her game.. Food came out in great timely manner
The prices are decent. The atmosphere is pretty calm. The food is pretty good. The chicken posole was full of flavor and very good. And it was a very large portion. The Mama's torta had four different kind of meats on it and it was well prepared and well seasoned and very tasty. This place has very good Mexican food I'd come and check it out!!!!Parking: Right outside of the restaurant what about 30 spices to park.

The proper way to cook tripas is by over cooking them a bit, basically to a slight crisp or they won't taste good. The pan dulce was fresh and lovely..... Would I order from here again? I'd give it another go, but this time with different meats.
The kindest staff ever, they make you feel like family! Oh and let me tell you, the food itself? AMAZING !!! Best place to eat in plover!!
