Pawling bread has the perfect crust surrounded cushions of the dough with a taste that you will be back and forth to enjoy an exquisite epicurean experience. Flakiest croissants! Warmed with some coconut jam on the side. Hubby enjoyed his usual?soft boiled eggs with milk toast (w/cultured butter and coconut jam). Everything served up has been scrumptious. Almost everything is made in house. A definiteplace to check out. View all feedback.

I stopped for my first baguette this morning. What took me so long? Amazing, excellent bread! Thank you for choosing Pawling as your home!
I love this bread. I cut it and eat it in single slices so I'm not trying to eat all Laaf at once. Freezes very well.
My mother Maria brought some into the house and it was amazing, the land sourdough is delicious with a small butter roasted I recommend this delicious bread!
Best sourdough and baker on the planet. How lucky are we to have this local gem in our new town of Pawling!
