Quality food. The fried chicken was so moist with a nice crunch, the baked beans were so well seasoned, and the collard greens was flavorful. Everything was just right, didnt need to add salt or hot sauce. We also had some sweet potato pie right out of the oven, which was so comforting. Truly home style cooking and cant wait to come back and introduce this place to others!

We stopped here on our way back on road trip as we googled soul food near us. The food was really good as well as the service. I would definitely go back here if ever in the area.

One word. Amazing. We enjoyed the food and the service was great. Really nice people all around. Delicious authentic soul food made with love. You can tell.

My husband and I seeked out this place on line when we were in the area and I have to say we were very pleased! The food had our taste buds in awe! The cornbread, mac&cheese (she use velvetta) potato salad (she use red potatoes) collard greens, string beans, yams and biscuit with gravy all yum! We definitely have to go during the week to try her turkey wings, meat loaf and smothered chicken.. YUP! We will be back!

Annie's is truly a gem in the little town in Monticello. Definitely a favorite place to eat when visiting. Had about half of the menu items, so far, everything has been amazing! Definitely try the collard greens, string beans, and baked beans!
