These are the best coconut donuts I've had at any Dunkin’! All the donuts are incredibly fresh and delicious. My coffee is always perfect, and the dining area is spotless. This is definitely my favorite Dunkin’ location! View all feedback.
What Eileen P doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They wouldn't refill my reusable Dunkin mug, even though I had washed it and was willing to pay for the coffee. I explained that I was trying to reduce waste, but the manager simply poured my coffee into a paper cup and suggested that I transfer it to my mug before throwing the cup away. During my visit to the restaurant, I was placing my order with Sebastian, who was exceptionally friendly and doing a great job. Suddenly, a man in a red shirt—Greg or Creg—rudely interrupted our interaction. He came across as a poor manager or someone who believes he's in charge, making offhand remarks to Sebastian about donuts that needed to be made. Sebastian was merely assisting me, having noticed that I was waiting, and he was not at fault in any way. It is completely unacceptable to mistreat employees, especially in front of customers. There was no need for him to continue belittling Sebastian. The management should have a word with Creg about respectful treatment toward his colleagues. Employees like Sebastian deserve recognition and, honestly, raises for enduring that kind of disrespect.
Location, location, location, as the saying goes. Although I'm not a huge fan of this particular spot, it tends to be quite busy due to its prime location on the bustling Jericho Turnpike. Parking can be a challenge, so using GPS to navigate to this Dunkin' Donuts is definitely a good idea. The staff here is excellent, and if you order your coffee while waiting inside, the wait time is usually short. I often visit Dunkin' for their lattes rather than going to other cafes. As for donuts, I rarely treat myself—not because I don't want to, but because I intentionally avoid them. It can be difficult to resist those enticing treats, but I often find myself buying some for others instead.

The order was fresh and came exactly as I requested. Absolutely outstanding!
