We arrived and put our name and were told 45 minutes and waited. Then after 45 minutes the hostess said another 60 minutes. They need to do a better job estimating time. View all feedback.
In any restaurant across the NYC metro area and Long Island try to keep customer service as a high standard for satisfaction and quality, but this restaurant is not up to those standards. When you place an order and a time is given, you plan accordingly, don’t do that here….I place my order over the phone, went to the proper time and it wasn’t up to I arrived that I found myself in a rough situation, why? The number you’re given was not honored, people were cramped, no one gives an update, it’s like being in an auction for food, yes, just like that.1:30 hour later after the set time someone asked me my order number,,,, then was when my order was put together… a total chaos!This was my experience here, Mother’s Day celebration was very much affected by the negligence of the service I received at this restaurant!
Without any doubt the best restaurant in this area, simply an amazing experience
We had a part of 13, and they did not miss a beat. If you love meat I mean TRULY LOVE MEAT. This is the place to go.
The smoke coming out of this restaurant is KILLING the people of Mineola that live close.
4/30/24Walking in this place to celebrate my husband's birthday dinner and we got sat at the worst table possible, in front of the kitchen window to add we had an older man as our server and his attitude and patience tours us was the worst. It was a busy night but his focus was on his parties and did not show any interest in taking care of us. We eventually moved tables because everyone was bumping into us and ended up with a different server a young Spanish fellow which was still not as attentive as a server should be. The chair was sticky, the floor was sticky and my handbag got dirty from setting it in the chair. The food was ok but not for the price on the menu. Service sucks and to bring my hubby for his dinner it was not a good experience never felt so out of place and not wanted as a guest in any place before! I hope this servers work on that because it is not acceptable! We won’t be back here, not worth it!
