The burger was tasty but I had to rearrange the toppings. The tomato slices were on 1 side and the pickles on the other side. And how is that even an order of tots? The cup is barely half full. Either fill the container or get a smaller one. Just terrible!It was delivered so I can't rate the service or atmosphere.

I'm not sure what is happening at this location but it was abysmal. The lady at the counter was very nice but the woman trying to distribute and pack the orders was a mess. She gave away people's orders and then was rude about it. She looked like she had no idea what she was doing and she took several breaks probably because she was having a breakdown. I felt very bad as it was clearly too much and they were very busy, so something needs to change in their system. She started canceling orders and also turned people away at the front. It's just not sustainable as is right now. To make matters worse, the food was cold by the time it got to us, they gave me cheese on my order that was no cheese, and the fries were so overcooked and had been sitting out that they tasted like plastic. Truly just a horrific experience.
