What Mary Mallozziberg doesn't like about Critic's Family:
Hostess should smile. Burger was not well done as asked. Not even on a good roll. Fish fry was ok, not any flavor. Fries were not cooked enough. The price of my hot tea was a bit high. Over $2.30 for a basic tea bag! View all feedback.
Update: Sadly, Critics is permanently closing at the end of March 2023. We have been going as often as possible for the last 10 mos since we heard the news. I will miss their french toast. Guess I'll have to start making it myself since no other restaurant I've been to makes decent French toast. Best breakfast anywhere. This is the only place I order French Toast out and I don't know where they get their bacon but it is awesome. Good coffee, eggs benedict, pancakes, home fries... and friendly wait staff makes it a great experience. Lose a star because of the condition of the building...everything is OLD and falling apart, bathroom is clean, but ancient.
Very nice small town diner. Hate to see it go it will be very much missed.
This place is awesome. It is a little run down, but don't let that scare you. The food is great and talk about fast service! I was amazing how quickly our order came out from when it was out in. Food come out fast and hot! The coffee is really good too. Perfect place to sit and chat or a quick bite to eat.
