I preordered 2 dozen bagels for pick up. When I got there they weren’t ready but the gentleman working(? Manager) quickly got the order ready. He couldn’t have been more apologetic and went out of his way to make it right. I will continue to bring my business to this site! View all feedback.
What Julie Stone doesn't like about Bruegger's Bagels:
The food was as expected but I don’t want to be ignored about the biggest issue, so I’ll speak only of this.Huge dining room and no tables or chairs for people to sit! There are also no outdoor tables. We love to grab bagels as a healthy meal between errands, but where do we eat? This morning I must have been served by the cream cheese police task force. I asked for extra, heavy cream cheese on both halves of bagel. Guy said ok that will be extra. No problem. I then watched him spread a paper thin layer, carefully scrubbing off any “extra” to only fill in the bagel pores. I wouldn’t normally complain about a petty thing like this, but after I once again asked to please go heavier on cream cheese, I was told that “this is what extra cream cheese looks like” and he outright refused to put any more on. Like, come on…
Bruegger’s was a tradition on Sundays growing up. It still is a favorite. For some reason, this particular location serves the best tasting bagels compared to the other locations. I don’t remember ever being disappointed in any location but the bagels here have just an added deliciousness. Maybe its the water. Lol.
There bagel's are always great and they also have coffee which wasn't that bad.
Chain bagel shop. Nothing unique about it. Staff friendly. Sadly dinning room is still closed.
Excellent bagel. First time at one of these establishments. Hope to find one in Michigan after return home.
