What a fantastic dining experience! This was my first visit, and I happened to ride my motorcycle aimlessly around the southern area of northern PA when I stumbled upon this gem. Our server was incredibly friendly and, since we were new customers, she shared the history of the restaurant along with a thorough explanation of the menu options. Always good food and service. The prices are also great. We always recommend it. We bring friends from Cortland to introduce them to Phils. Stop the good work.

The food is great and the price is reasonable . The Broccoli Soup is to die for and the salad bar is the best. Soon they'll have the famous Strawberry Shortcake...

It was the first time for me. The service was fantastic!! Our server Kaylea was so nice!! The food was very good. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome food. My Eric was a prep cook here among his first employments. The buffet is best in town.
