Really cool atmosphere, relaxed and especially SPACIOUS. Prices are a little on the high side, BUT... Definitely worth the extra money. Great food and margaritas are the BEST in the area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sabores De Mexico:
A pale shadow of Azteca Paradise. The food is more expensive, and frankly not so delicious. In itself, there are three stars, but given what it is replaced, they lost another star for me. View all feedback.
I'm very picky when it comes to Mexican restaurants however from the moment I sat down I loved everything about this place. I never have the chips with salsa but here the salsa is made from scratch I couldn't get enough of it. I order the fajitas patron which is a combination of shrimp, chicken steak. It was divine in spite of the little bit of cheese in it. I'm not a cheese lover. The piece de resistance is the strawberry margarita. At $11 it's pretty pricey but after the first dip you quickly realize that it is so worth the price. As my husband said the strawberries are just an accent piece for the tequila. I was too full to order another one but if I did I definitely would have been dancing on the table!
Great spot. Choriqueso is cheesey deliciousness and the shrimp/chicken/steak fajitas were amazing
We had ordered steak and chicken enchiladas with mole yesterday and their food was horrific! They barely put any mole poblano which made the food drier than it already was and the mole sauce didn?t taste good at all. I took once bite of my dish and that was it. The rice and beans were horrible and had a plastic flavor, so disgusting! The chicken and steak had absolutely no flavor and was dry too. I wish I went down the street to get Taco Bell because I feel their food would have been more authentic and better tasting!

First off, cleanliness is a priority here. The restaurant is impeccably maintained, and the staff looks sharp and professional. The bathrooms are not only stocked and spotless but also tastefully decorated. The tables are well-spaced, providing a sense of privacy and comfort. The music is wonderful—there's a nice selection of Mexican tunes playing softly in the background, allowing for easy conversation without shouting. I also love the lighting; it's dim yet cozy, with just the right amount of natural light filtering in through the windows, enhancing the restaurant's atmosphere. Now, let’s talk about the food. The menu may not be extensive, with around ten main Mexican dishes, but each one is crafted to perfection. Upon arrival, they ensure you always have a glass of water, and as a nice touch, they serve you complimentary chips with sauce before charging for any extras. The tortilla chips are warm and made in-house, and the sauces are fresh and perfectly mild. You won’t have to wait long for your meal, either. They offer delicious house-made drinks as well. As for pricing, it’s just right. Given the top-notch service, cleanliness, and the freshness of the food, I have no complaints about the prices. I eat out often, and I feel that this place offers great value for what you receive. There’s also a separate bar area that looks fantastic, although I haven't had the chance to visit it yet. One more thing to note: I'm not typically a meat eater, especially when dining out, as I often struggle to find places that cook meat exactly to my liking. I prefer my meat well done but still juicy, and this restaurant achieves that perfectly. Everything I've ordered has been just right—not overcooked and certainly not dry. I love the meats here!
