The Ilion Dunkin is a joke. Always have broken equipment, always out of what my wife wants, always get a vacant stare when trying to explain..... whatever. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Iced Macchiato, Donuts

The staff here are rude and unprofessional. This morning at the drive through the staff got my order wrong so I thought they couldn 't hear me so I repeated the order louder and more clearly. Well apparently that was a mistake as I immediately got yelled at. I quickly apologized and tried to explain that I thought she couldn 't hear me and she cut me off with I don 't care and kept yelling at me. I drove to work in tears after. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, especially when it 's a honest mistake and multiple sincere apologies are offered. I 'm never going back and I encourage everyone to avoid at all costs.

A friend and I rode our bikes to Clinton. She needed coffee so we had coffee and shared a pumpkin muffin! Both were good! The service was not great. They focused on the drive thru and not in-store people! I've noticed most Dunkin do the same thing. Since the pandemic drive thru is the new American way! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

This dunkin has gone way downhill over the years. Unfriendly staff, slow times, and terrible tasting coffee will be the reasons I’ll go anywhere else from now on.
