I moved to New Fairfield 1 minute away from Zegarellis. The very first time I went there they had HUGE gourmet slices of pizza In the display case and amazing desserts as well. They have one of the most authentic NY style pizzas I’ve had. Big Mac pizza is incredible as well as lasagna, chicken Marsala, chicken bacon ranch, carbonara pizza, etc. the rest of the menu is spot on. We eat there 1-2 a week lol can’t seem t... What Solangie Ledesma doesn't like about Zegarelli’s Restaurant Bar Pizza Catering:
Terrible Customer Service. I'm new to the neighborhood. My cousin drove from Virginia to come spend time with me. I brought her here. We were treated so poorly, we lost our appetite after the appetizer. The young waitress proceeded to talk about us and all the other waitresses were coming from the back to look at our table. Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND. There goes supporting local business. View all feedback.
Extremely rude employees. Food is okay, but not when the ladies at the front have such an attitude! Will never go back!
No place is perfect but this one is pretty Close, excellent food, good sized portions and friendly staff and atmosphere ?
Service excellent ! Food excellent! Live music tonight a special treat!Owners less than hospitable….
Food was good but you are charged extra for using a credit card and not informed until you get the bill.
My husband orders from here at least once a week and we are always very supportive of this business but one thing I don’t appreciate is poor customer service. He typically orders from SLICE. They delivered everything but his meal. When he called, they told him he would have to come pick it up or credit him the wrap because they were too busy to send anyone. He wasn’t going to watch everyone eat so he decided he would pick it up. The sauce for my calamari had spilled all over the place so I told him to ask for an extra sauce since he was already going over there. Someone had the audacity to tell him it would be a dollar. Could he have paid the dollar? Yes but it’s the principle that counts. He just drove to pick up something they forgot to pack and now you’re going to charge him a dollar? If that wasn’t bad enough I called and the young woman I spoke to said that he never asked for the sauce and when he told her that she was the one that was charging him the dollar she insisted she would have never told him that. I don’t think that’s something he would have imagined so she implied that he was a liar. I’m very disappointed. Well, you just lost a loyal client.
