While waiting in line, I witnessed the manager address an employee in a dismissive and unprofessional manner while placing multiple orders. His attitude made me uncomfortable, and noticing my look, when he withdrew, he directed an aggressive comment at me. I am sorry to say that this interaction left a sour tone on my visit. As a customer, I expect courteous and respectful treatment, especially from staff in leadership positions. I hope steps are taken to improve the attitude of the team, so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.
