I really enjoy these diets, but I've had an issue every time I order a drink without specifying that I don't want lemonade. They always end up giving me the one with lemonade, which is meant to be more refreshing. Sometimes, the baristas ask if I’d like lemonade, and even when I say no, it still ends up in my drink. I get that it might happen once or twice, but it's happened to me about 5 or 6 times now. View all feedback.
My favorite starbucks ever. I come here every morning before work and my drinks are always perfect. I love all the people. always so nice and so friendly. Actually, I'm going out of mine just to get to this place because all the other surrounding dieucks shops are not great. thanks to all the staff in this load that are fantastic?
Loved it! Frappaccino quality varies from store to store, but this one made the perfect mocha frapp with caramel drizzle.
This is my favorite location out of all the ones in the area (22nd, Summit, North, and Roosevelt-Lombard) The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their order accuracy rate is very high and on the RARE occasion a mistake is made, they'll correct it graciously.
Very friendly, they always make my orders right. One time the didn't, I would have taken it but because I didn't like green tea I was going to my daughter-n-law's house I hate wasting they let me take it. She loved it. Thank you so much.
Was there last Friday night and the girls working at night were so sweet. As soon as they saw me walk in they welcome me in and left whatever they were doing to take my order. Will be coming in more often. :
